We pride ourselves on offering unmatched flexibility for your event. You have the freedom to choose your own vendors to suit your unique vision. If you don’t have a preferred vendor or need assistance, our in-house vendor services are readily available to meet all your needs.

Customizable Floor Plans

Don't stress about how everything will fit. We offer a variety of customizable floor plans to perfectly match the number of guests and the nature of your event. Choose from several layout options and tailor them to suit your unique vision and event needs.

Food & Beverage

Our event venue permits the flexibility of bringing in outside catering and home-cooked food, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. All food must be fully cooked, with only warming permitted on-site—no open flame cooking is allowed. Outdoor cooking is permissible only with prior approval, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

BYOB

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol provided you follow a few specific guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Beer and wine are permitted but must be stored in our kitchenette area. Hard liquor, such as vodka, tequila, and rum, is allowed only with the purchase of our in-house bartending services. Self-serve of hard liquor is strictly prohibited. Please note, the sale of alcohol is never permitted, even with our bartending services.

We provide up to 6 tables and 60 elegant white chairs for your guests, ensuring comfort and style. Customize your setup with a choice of 8ft rectangular tables, 5ft round tables, or a mix of both to suit your event’s needs. Additionally, you’ll receive 4 extra tables perfect for food, desserts, and gifts. Our versatile and high-quality furnishings make it easy to create the perfect layout for your special occasion.

Providing high-quality table linens for all selected tables, up to 10. Choose from 12 vibrant colors to perfectly match the theme of your event, whether it's a baby shower, kid's birthday, wedding, or any milestone celebration. Our diverse selection ensures you'll find the ideal color to enhance your special occasion. Elevate your event's decor with our beautiful, customizable linens.

Bluetooth Speaker System

Our venue features a high-quality Bluetooth sound system with a microphone. No need for a DJ. Easily control the music and make announcements with crystal-clear audio. Whether you want to pump up the energy or set a relaxed mood, you'll have everything you need to set the ideal ambiance.

Kitchenette Area

Serving food and drinks couldn't be easier with our well-equipped kitchenette. You'll find everything you need: a fridge to keep things cool, a freezer for ice and frozen items, a microwave for quick heating, and a sink for cleanup.

Floor Plan Set Up

We'll arrange tables and chairs according to your chosen floor plan. Fresh, crisp linens will be laid out to your specifications. All necessary equipment will be in place and ready to goWhen you arrive, you'll walk into a perfectly prepared space, ready for your celebration. With the time-consuming pre-event tasks handled, you can focus on what truly matters: preparing yourself for the special day.

What does your bartending services include and how much?

Our bartending services, available for $350, include one bartender for 4 hours, a mobile bar, 4 mixers (2 juices and 2 soft drinks), two garnishes, 4 bags of ice, and a custom bar menu. Clients are responsible for providing all liquor, cups, and any specialty mixers and garnishes. This ensures a personalized and professional bar experience for you and your guest.

What outside vendors are permitted?

Our event venue welcomes a variety of outside vendors to help make your event special. You can bring in your preferred caterers, bakers, florists, photographers, DJs, inflatable rental companies, event planners, live entertainers and other specialty vendors . However, we do not allow outside mobile bartending companies. All vendor delivery and pick up is the sole responsibility of the client not the venue. Must be coordinated within the rented time frame.

Do you have a package that includes catering, bartender or DJ services?

We offer comprehensive rental packages that include vendor and decor services for various events such as baby showers, first birthdays, micro wedding receptions, and graduations. Additionally, you can enhance your event with our in-house vendor services, available as add-ons. These services include a DJ, bartending, wait staff, catering, and photography.

What is the max number of guest?

Our event studio has a maximum capacity of 80 guests, providing ample space for your celebration. However, we only provide seating for up to 60 guests. This allows for flexibility in arranging your event space according to your needs.

Do we have to clean up or is there a cleaning fee?

We do not require a cleaning fee for our event venue. Clients are responsible for removing and/or disposing of all decor, food, and drinks left over. There is no need to stack chairs, tables, or remove linens, and sweeping or mopping is only required in the case of a large spill.

Is there enough parking for guest?

Our venue offers ample parking for your guests, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The preferred parking area is conveniently located at the front of the plaza near Durango Drive. This allows easy access to the venue for all attendees.

We hosted a girl's pajama jam and the CME team was exceptional! From the time we booked the venue, we received a planning call with Jasmine and she helped us discover all the options we had with using the space.

Then, weeks prior to the event, they sent us a comprehensive questionnaire where we detailed everything we wanted down to the linens and floorplan option, making it super easy to visualize how we were going to use the space.

When we arrived to set up, their staff was there to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a few questions upon arrival and the staff had solutions!! Our space turned out so cute and the parents were in awe when they dropped their glam girls off to a pretty in pink wonderland!

Absolutely enjoyed our experience at CME event. The owner and staff was friendly and accommodated everything to our needs.

The venue is beautiful and clean. There was extra kitchen utensils and other supplies there in case we needed it, which I appreciate.

We hosted a gender reveal party at the venue and had about 40 attending guest. There was more than enough room for everyone to mingle. I would definitely recommend this place! 10/10
